This robot can be rotated certain angle on the grinding axis and load the part into chuck. This rotation loading will allow grinding machine to perform a taper grinding.

This robot can also install and uninstall carrier off the line, therefore manual operation is not necessary. This robot will increase 30% of output and efficiency.

The 5-Axis robots have successful installed on Okamoto, Toyoda and Shigiya grinding machines.
